Appointment requests

Submitting the booking form sends an appointment request. The acknowledgement email is not the salon’s final appointment confirmation. Follow the instructions in the email and wait for the salon to confirm availability before treating the appointment as booked.

Service details and prices

Service descriptions, starting prices and appointment durations help you plan a visit. Confirm the final quote, available service, required time and any additional work with the salon. A starting price does not specify the price of every design, fill or removal.

Changes, cancellations and payments

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact the salon. Confirm any applicable cancellation, deposit, payment or refund terms directly before booking a service. These website terms do not introduce a new cancellation fee or payment policy.
