Appointment information
The appointment form requests your name, email, phone number, requested date and time, selected services and an optional message. These details are submitted to the website’s booking endpoint to notify the salon and send an email acknowledging the request. Only include information relevant to arranging your visit.
Email and website services
The booking email integration uses Gmail. Website and email providers process information involved in delivering their services. Provider handling is described in Google’s privacy policy. Questions about appointment records, processing locations or retention can be directed to the salon.
Analytics and external content
Some website pages, including the homepage and booking page, load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for website usage analysis. These services may use browser storage and process usage information. See Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement for their practices.
The website also loads fonts and icons from third-party services. Links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook take you to services with their own privacy practices. Browser privacy settings can manage cookies and related storage, though some website features may work differently when restricted.
The gallery page also loads a Chatbase chat widget. If you use it, your messages are submitted to that third-party service. Use the salon phone or email for appointment questions if you prefer not to use the chat widget.

To ask about the information associated with an appointment, request access or a correction, or raise a privacy concern, contact the salon using the details above. Include enough information to identify the request, and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email.
